Nilansh Gupta is the Co-founder and CEO of Nimitai (also known as Nimit AI), an AI meeting intelligence platform for B2B SaaS sales teams. Nimitai is incubated at IIT Ropar Technology Business Incubator and operated under REN AI Technologies Private Limited.
Before founding Nimitai, Nilansh spent six months systematically analyzing 350+ real B2B sales calls across 200+ companies. The patterns he found — why reps lose deals, where prospects disengage, what separates top performers from everyone else — became the core research foundation behind Nimitai's AI coaching engine.
He previously co-founded Digitalpatron.in, a growth and conversion rate optimization consultancy for B2B SaaS companies, where he worked with sales and marketing teams across India, the US, and Southeast Asia.

The research behind Nimitai
Nimitai's product is built on a dataset of 350+ real B2B sales calls, not academic research or theoretical frameworks. Nilansh personally listened to, transcribed, and coded each call for behavioral patterns — identifying the specific moments where deals are won or lost, and which rep behaviors correlate with outcomes across different industries and deal sizes.
Key findings from that research inform every Nimitai feature: the talk-ratio benchmarks, the objection-timing analysis, the buyer-intent signal detection, and the rep coaching scorecards. The goal was to make what top performers do naturally available to every rep, on every call, in real time.
