Sales Call Recording Software
for Modern Revenue Teams
Sales call recording software captures, transcribes, and stores every customer conversation so revenue teams can analyze what works and coach reps from real moments. Nimitai goes further: sub-200ms real-time AI on every Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams call, built on original research from 350+ tagged B2B sales calls.

What to look for in sales call recording software
Most teams pick a recorder, regret it in six months, and switch. This is the checklist that saves you that round trip.
Auto-join for Zoom, Meet, and Teams
The bot should attach to calendar invites and join every sales meeting without rep effort. If a tool requires manual upload after the call, expect 30 to 40 percent of calls to never be analyzed.
Speaker separation and diarization
Accurate talk ratio analysis is impossible without clean speaker labels. Look for word-level diarization, not just channel-based splitting that fails on Google Meet group calls.
Compliance with state recording laws
The platform should let you set consent behavior per call region. Eleven US states require all-party consent. A blanket "always announce" setting is a blunt fix that scares prospects in one-party states.
AI summarization that captures next steps
Generic GPT summaries miss the parts that matter: pricing pushback, stakeholder gaps, MEDDPICC signals. Look for sales-specific extraction tied to deal stages, not a one-paragraph recap.
CRM integration that actually writes back
Most "Salesforce integration" toggles only push a meeting log. You want call summaries, action items, deal-risk flags, and key moments writing to opportunity and contact records automatically.
Coaching workflows for managers
Recording without coaching is just storage. Look for clip-sharing, comment threads on specific timestamps, and a weekly digest that ranks reps on objection handling and discovery quality.

Compliance and consent: one-party versus two-party states
US recording law splits states into two buckets. Thirty-nine states plus DC are one-party consent, meaning the rep on the call can record without the buyer's explicit agreement. Eleven states require all-party consent, including California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Washington. Recording someone in those states without consent is a criminal offense, not a soft policy violation.
Most sales call recording software handles this in one of two crude ways: announce a recording disclosure on every call (which spooks prospects in one-party states) or skip the announcement entirely (which exposes the team to lawsuits in two-party states). Neither is acceptable for a serious revenue team.
Nimitai is configurable per call region. The bot detects the buyer's location and routes the consent flow accordingly: silent recording in one-party states, audible disclosure with verbal-consent capture in two-party states. Full breakdown of every state's rules lives in our sales call recording laws by state guide.
Two-party states (all-party consent)
California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington.
Integration with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Same bot, three platforms, zero rep effort after the first install.
Zoom
Nimitai connects via the Zoom Marketplace app and auto-joins every calendar invite that contains a Zoom link. Recording starts the moment the host begins. Cloud recording fallback is supported for ad-hoc calls without calendar entries.
Google Meet
For Google Workspace teams, Nimitai joins Meet calls as a participant with the rep's domain identity. Word-level diarization works on group Meet calls where channel-based recorders fail. No host-permission gymnastics required.
Microsoft Teams
Nimitai authenticates through Microsoft 365 with admin consent, joins Teams meetings as a recording bot, and writes call summaries back to Dynamics or Salesforce. Works for both internal and external Teams meetings.
Pricing: $149 per seat per month
Nimitai is $149 per seat per month, billed monthly, no annual lock-in. That price sits deliberately between low-end notetakers and enterprise platforms. Notetakers under $30 deliver transcripts only and never pay for themselves on a B2B deal cycle. Gong runs $1,600+ per seat per year on multi-year contracts with implementation fees that nobody talks about until the demo.
At $149, a single rep recovered deal pays the seat back for the year. Pricing details and seat math live at our pricing page.
